By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Service. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products (including QRube™, Effervescence and other SchuitMi sculptures, or Arteflame grills) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions, especially regarding site-specific architectural installations.

4. Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Products or Services (Custom Design & Manufacturing)

Certain products, such as our QRube™ and Effervescence sculptures, are manufactured in-house. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Customization: Because our items are often made-to-order, returns or exchanges are permitted only in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Visual Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our Mirror-Polished Stainless and Powdered Gold products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

7. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
